We started working with Jan Halbur in August 2006 who
was such a great help. He was always there for us when
we popped in without an appointment to make some more
changes and he would say “No Problem”. We
only had a few weeks to work with Jan before heading
back to Florida where we live. From that point on most
everything else was done via telephone and fax in a
very timely manner I might add.
We had many conversations with Gregory while our home
was been built. He is such a calm and easy man to deal

Jan & Greg promised that our home would be ready
for occupancy by the Christmas holidays and yes we got
in on the 26th of December. Our walk thru with Gregory
went very well and the house was immaculately clean.
