Consult with our Sales Professionals.
Our sales team is specially trained to understand your needs and guide you through
the home buying process. During your initial consultation, we will explain
how you can purchase your Terrace Home a number of different ways and at various
price points. You will receive complete pricing and specifications for the
model home style of your choice, complete with individual breakouts of options
displayed. |

Arrange a Personal Appointment.
Here you will discuss budget, product selection, and design concepts. |

Plans and Pricing.
From your personal visit, we will have gathered the information necessary to
design, draft and price your individual custom Terrace Home. A quote is typically
mailed, emailed or delivered in person within 10 days. |

Site Visit.
Following your receipt and acceptance of the proposed package, a site visit is
arranged to confirm compatibility with your concept plans. |

Plan Deposit, Bank Application.
By now, pending financing, your entire home building project has
been determined. A $1000 partially refundable deposit is submitted,
a detailed set of plans, specifications and purchase documents are
developed, and the entire package is submitted to your lender of
choice for approval. |

Pre-Construction Conference/Downpayment.
Upon bank approval, purchase documents are executed, the pre-construction down
payment is submitted, and a project timeline is drafted. Typically at this
visit, color selections are finalized. Exclusively at Terrace Custom Builders,
Professional Interior Design services by Ruth Donovan Interiors are included
at no additional charge! |

Construction Begins.
From the ground up your construction project develops. Site preparation
parallels material procurement and pre-assembly. Upwards of 100
Terrace employees and associates are now engaged in your project.
Enjoy the ride as your new home moves quickly and efficiently through
its phases of construction. |

Final Inspection / Closing / Possession.
Your Terrace Construction Superintendent will accompany you on a final walk
through prior to closing. All minor touch ups are then completed. Final payment
is issued and full ownership transfers with the symbolic exchange of keys. |

Move In.
Home sweet home! Nothing’s more satisfying than taking possession
of a brand new home that you personally designed and decorated.
