When our family built the first Terrace
Home in 1975, our priority was the same as it is today – to
craft a quality home for your family.
Back then, we recognized
the challenges traditional builders faced at the building site.
Fluctuating weather conditions alone made it almost impossible
to build a home with the precision and accuracy we desired. Seeking
a better way, we fashioned a building system that is often imitated
but seldom matched. |
Over the years, we’ve found ways to improve conventional construction
methods while creating efficiencies that make each Terrace Home a truly
superior value. For example, in the late seventies we led the way in
energy efficiency, pioneering the 6” exterior wall/energy truss
combination that’s since become the standard in the industry.
And all the while, our focus was on working with our customers to make
the building process and the living experience comfortable, predictable,
and pleasant.
Our new, modern design-build facility located in Friendship, Wisconsin
enables us to continue the spirit of innovation and constant improvement.
All phases of construction are managed in a controlled environment,
using only the best materials. Our seasoned craftsmen build each individual
home to specific and exacting standards delivering unsurpassed quality
to every Terrace Homeowner.
Today, Terrace Homes is a third generation,
family-owned and managed company. Our family takes pride in the over
